1 egg white
1 tbsp lite soy sauce
1/2 cup dry whole-grain breadcrumbs
1 tbsp finely chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp pepper
12 oz lean ground turkey
Serve on whole-wheat buns, sandwich thins or other low-carb bread of your choice. Add your favorite diabetic-friendly condiments such as lettuce, tomato, etc.
