1/2 lb bulk pork sausage
12 large eggs, room temperature
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease 12 muffin cups; set aside.
In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until long longer pink, stirring to crumble; drain well.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add onion, bell pepper, salt, and pepper, stir in the cheese and sausage.
