6 cups torn salad greens
2 green onions, chopped
1 cup chow mein noodles
1/2 cup cashews or almonds
6 slices bacon, fried crisp, drained and crumbled
2 tbsp sesame seeds
Your choice of sugar-free or low-sugar salad dressing
Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large salad bowl. Toss dressing over salad and serve.
Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
