5 tbsp melted butter
1/2 to 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 to 1/2 tsp ground ginger
2 tbsp packed Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
salt to taste, optional
freshly ground black pepper, optional
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Butter a casserole dish; and place squash in the dish.
In a microwave-safe dish, melt the butter; add the cinnamon, ginger and Splenda.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Add pepper and some salt, if desired.
