4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup lemon juice
21/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Combine the lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Place chicken in the mixture and refrigerate 1 hour turning every 15 minutes.
Remove chicken from the marinade and discard marinade.
Grill chicken on hot grill or broil for about 6 minutes per side until cooked through and tender.
Garnish with fresh lemon slices, if desired.

I have chosen this name for this blog because it truly states my story. I am a type II diabetic who most certainly enjoys food. When I was diagnosed with diabetes several years ago, my blood sugar level was over 400. With some oral medications, a lot of research and some trial and error, I have found that unlike my ancestors I truly can continue to enjoy food.
