1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 bunch broccoli, cut into small florets
1 head cauliflower, cut into small florets
1 bottle (8-oz) low-sugar or sugar-free Italian Salad dressing
Put the tomatoes, broccoli, and cauliflower into a bowl with a sealable lid. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss gently to coat well. Refrigerate 12 to 24 hours before serving.

I have chosen this name for this blog because it truly states my story. I am a type II diabetic who most certainly enjoys food. When I was diagnosed with diabetes several years ago, my blood sugar level was over 400. With some oral medications, a lot of research and some trial and error, I have found that unlike my ancestors I truly can continue to enjoy food.
